The Rotary Leadership Circle (RLC) program, established in 1996, is a youth leadership development and summer work project for 165 youth ages 10 – 14 years of age. During a six-week period in the summer, Youth Leaders become positively engaged within their neighbourhood by taking on leadership and volunteer roles.
