![]() Empowered to Lead: Inspiring Women to Accelerate Action and Lead with Purpose
Mar. 05, 2025 6:00 p.m.
Leadership is not about waiting nor is it about titles or positions —it is about taking purposeful action to create meaningful change. Women have always been leaders in their homes, workplaces, and communities, with the power to drive transformation. Yet too often, they hesitate to step forward due to self-doubt, hesitation, societal expectations, or a lack of mentorship. The 2025 International Women’s Day theme, "Accelerate Action," serves as a call to break these barriers, embrace leadership with confidence, and drive change with intention. This session will empower women to seize leadership opportunities, take decisive action, and lead with purpose. Through personal insights, real-life leadership stories, and lessons from volunteering, participants will gain practical tools and strategies to accelerate their leadership growth. We will explore how leadership begins with small, intentional actions, the role of mentorship, and the impact of intergenerational collaboration. |
